You Found Something Different.

If you're reading this, you probably already felt it — that Live2Create isn't like other schools. You're right. And we don't say that to be impressive. We say it because it matters for your decision.

This guide exists because we believe informed families make the best partners. We want you to know exactly what we're building, what we'll ask of your student, and what you can expect from us in return. No surprises.

Live2Create Leadership Academy is a faith-centered, studio-based microschool launching Fall 2026 in Metro Atlanta. We serve students in Grades 6 and 9 — a founding cohort of 12 to 20 young leaders ready to do something different. Every student here will be known by name, coached toward their purpose, and challenged to build something real.

We don't teach at students. We build with them. We don't rank them against each other. We walk alongside them. And we never let them forget that who they are is more important than any grade they could earn.

If that resonates — this guide is for you.

02 — What Makes Us Different
This Is Not a Traditional School.

Here's what that actually means — side by side with what most families are used to.

Traditional SchoolLive2Create Leadership Academy
Students sit in rows, listening to lecturesStudents work in a creative studio — building, collaborating, creating
Teachers deliver content to the whole classCoaches guide individuals through Personalized Learning Plans
Progress measured by tests and letter gradesProgress demonstrated through portfolios, projects, and presentations
All students follow the same paced curriculumStudents advance when they demonstrate real mastery
Learning stays inside the classroomTwice a week, we transport students to and from real-world off-site experiences
Faith is separate from school lifeA biblical worldview shapes our culture and our questions daily
Students graduate with a transcriptStudents graduate with a portfolio, certifications, and identity clarity
The Live2Create Model
Five Pillars. One Integrated Model.

Nothing happens in isolation here. Academics, leadership, creativity, faith, and real-world experience are woven together — not scheduled separately.

📚
Academic Mastery
Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies — taught at each student's real level, not their grade label. Students advance when they demonstrate understanding. Every student has a Personalized Learning Plan built with their coach and family each semester.
🔭
Project-Based Learning
Students don't learn about things — they build things. Every 6–8 weeks, students complete a real project with a real audience: research, create, receive critique, revise, and present. This is where academic skills become real-world capability.
🌍
Real-World Exposure
Twice a week, we leave the building. Students visit partner businesses, shadow professionals, and engage in service learning. Live2Create provides transportation to and from all off-site experiences — families handle daily drop-off and pick-up at the studio only.
🎨
Creative Expression
Creativity is not an elective — it's how we learn. Visual art, music, media production, design, and performance are built into every week. Students choose a Leadership Track: Entrepreneurship, Creative Arts, Trades, or Social Impact.
✝️
Faith & Character
A biblical worldview shapes how we start every day, how we treat each other, and the questions we take seriously. Faith is not a class period — it's embedded in our culture. Students develop spiritual maturity alongside academic and leadership growth.
🏅
Leadership Development
Leadership is practiced daily — not just taught. Students hold rotating community roles, lead project teams, and give and receive feedback. By year's end, students can name their strengths, their patterns, and their purpose.

The Student Journey
What a Full Year Looks Like.

No two students move through the year identically — but every student moves through the same four seasons of growth.

Q1
August – October · Seed Stage
Arriving & Orienting
Your student is learning the culture, building trust with their coach and cohort, and completing their first major project — a personal narrative about who they are. Coaches assess each student at entry and build their Personalized Learning Plan. Expect some adjustment. This is the most important quarter for relationship-building.
Q2
October – December · Soil Stage
Digging In
Students are building habits and taking creative risks. They experience productive friction — with projects, with feedback, with new ideas about themselves. The second project asks them to look outward and propose a solution to a real community problem. The mid-year Presentation of Learning closes this quarter.
Q3
January – March · Growth Stage
Finding Their Voice
This is when most families see a visible shift — more confidence, clearer language about who they are, more willingness to lead. The third project asks students to become the expert and teach others. Off-site experiences connect to real career exploration. Leadership Track focus sharpens.
Q4
March – May · Harvest Stage
Presenting & Reflecting
The year closes with the Capstone Portfolio Presentation. Your student presents their full body of work to coaches, family, and community partners. They speak for themselves, tell the story of their growth, and set goals for what comes next. This is not a performance. It's proof.

What We Ask of You
We're Building This Together.

Enrollment at Live2Create is a mutual commitment. We bring our coaches, our model, and our full investment in your student. We ask families to show up as partners.

Attend Quarterly PLP Reviews
Four times a year, sit down with your student and their coach to review growth, celebrate wins, and set new goals. These are not optional.
Prioritize Consistent Attendance
Every student's presence matters to the community. Schedule vacations and appointments outside of school hours.
Reinforce the Model at Home
Ask about their projects. Listen when they talk about their coach. When the year feels hard, remind them that growth is not always linear.
Communicate via Newton App
All school communication — attendance, payments, updates — runs through Newton. Respond within 48 hours when possible.
Trust the Coaching Process
Your student's coach sees them every day. When they share an observation — even a hard one — receive it as the gift it is.
What to Expect from Us
Our Commitment to You.

This is what you can hold us to — every semester, every year.

👤 A Coach Who Knows Your Student
Not just their grades — their goals, patterns, and strengths. Weekly 1:1 check-ins and quarterly narrative reports keep you in the loop.
📋 A Living Personalized Learning Plan
Built with your student at the start of each semester. Reviewed quarterly. Student-owned — they learn to track their own growth.
🚌 Transport to All Off-Site Experiences
Every Tuesday and Thursday, we transport students to and from real-world experiences. Families handle daily drop-off and pick-up at the studio only.
📣 Honest, Regular Communication
We will tell you what's going well and what needs attention — in writing, on time, and directly. We ask the same in return.
🎯 30-Day Alignment Guarantee
If within the first 30 days you feel this isn't the right fit, we will work with you on a resolution. We'd rather get it right than hold you to a bad match.
Parents Ask. We Answer.
The Questions We Hear Most.

We'd rather answer these here than leave them unanswered in an info session.

Will my student fall behind academically?
No — and for most students, the opposite is true. Live2Create uses mastery-based pathways aligned to grade-level standards. Students are placed at their actual skill level and advance when they demonstrate real understanding. Students who were socially promoted fill gaps that were papered over. Students who were unchallenged finally move at the right pace.
Is this a homeschool program?
No. Live2Create is a full-time school — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We do offer a limited Studio Pass for homeschool students for afternoon creative sessions only, but this is not enrollment in the full program.
What if my student wants to return to traditional school?
Students leave with mastery-based transcripts aligned to state standards and a full portfolio. They'll also bring something most peers don't: clarity about who they are, strong communication skills, and experience presenting their own learning.
How does Live2Create handle learning differences?
We are not a specialized special education program and do not provide formal IEP or 504 services. However, small cohorts, personalized plans, and close coaching relationships support a wide range of learners. We work with families during admissions to determine fit honestly.
What does tuition cover?
Annual tuition is $15,709. This covers full-time enrollment, personalized coaching, academic instruction, project-based learning, creative studios, leadership development, and transportation to and from all off-site field experiences. Families handle daily drop-off and pick-up at the studio. Tuition does not include meals. Need-based scholarships available. 10% sibling discount applies.
My student isn't particularly religious. Is this a fit?
Faith at Live2Create is woven into the culture — how we start each day, how we treat each other, and the questions we take seriously. Students are not required to hold specific beliefs, but families should be comfortable with a biblical worldview shaping the school's environment.
How do I know if my student is the right fit?
Live2Create works best for students ready to take ownership of their learning — creative, entrepreneurial, or simply unseen in traditional settings — with families ready to be active partners. Not a strong fit: students who need heavy external structure, or families primarily seeking a traditional academic experience.
What does a typical week look like?
Every day opens with Morning Grounding. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are Core Days — project work, academics, skill labs, creative studios, and portfolio reflection. Tuesday and Thursday are Studio + Field Days — project work in the morning, off-site experiences in the afternoon with transportation provided. Friday closes with Community Celebration.
Ready to Move Forward?
Here's How Enrollment Works.

Admissions at Live2Create is selective and values-based. We don't fill seats — we build a community.

01
Complete the Interest Form
Visit live2create.org and submit the interest form. You'll hear back within 3–5 business days with an overview and next steps.
02
Family Conversation
A 30–45 minute conversation with our Admissions Team. Not an interview — a conversation. We want to understand your student, your family's values, and what you're looking for. We'll be honest about fit.
03
Student Application
A short application including a student essay or creative submission and basic academic background. We're looking for readiness and motivation — not perfection.
04
Enrollment Decision
Families receive a decision within 7–10 business days. Accepted families receive an enrollment packet, the Family Partnership Agreement, and instructions to secure their spot.
05
Onboarding Session
Before the first day, all students and families attend an Onboarding Session. Students meet their coach, see the space, and begin their initial PLP framework. This is where it starts to feel real.

12–20 Students. Fall 2026.
The Founding Cohort.

Founding families shape who Live2Create becomes. The students who walk through our doors in Fall 2026 aren't just enrolling in a school — they're helping build one. Spots are limited and filled in order of application completion.
